(We worked 10 hour days for 7/12 months in the year) They also delayed raises for employees based on the promise of a new pay plan. Then in January, when the new pay plan was to be revealed, they laid off everyone in Reno and Charlottesville, all the while maintaining the company had positive financial health in team and company meetings.

-Custom Ink has a highly toxic and unprofessional work environment. -Management is known for gossiping, showing favoritism, and inconsistently enforcing policies. -Reports of harassment and name calling by management are not addressed. -They instruct employees not to report overtime hours -There are inaccuracies in sales and commission metrics, and no explanation is provided when they are brought to the company's attention. -There is a lack of structure in each department, resulting in confusion and inefficiency. -The company uses unreliable platforms (Embassy and Salesforce) and fails to provide adequate training. -Priorities and responsibilities frequently shift without clear direction, leading to confusion and wasted time. - Their "core values" are used as a tool to deflect complaints and concerns. -The company culture lacks genuine concern for employees' well-being, and complaints are met with dismissive responses from management. The managers will gaslight you and are condescending.
