Pros
Great people! CustomInk hires great people - we like to have a good time but work really hard as well. Everyone is very supportive and always willing to help and chip in. Very collaborative and team oriented. Customer service driven - they drive a sense of community both internally as well as with their customers. Wonderful place to work! Easy free parking options, great location, free food and fun team building activities. They also offer a lot of outlets for charity events and community service.

None so far except too much access to free food.
