The company was a great place to work at when I first started. They got greedy and it ended up backfiring. Morale is to the floor for almost everyone here. Constant changes with no clear direction. Lack of communication from management. Micromanagement is through the roof. Sales metrics are not straightforward but we are still held accountable for them even in the many periods of changes and transitions. Seems that they care more about showing them you are working than ACTUALLY working. The sales you make for the company don't seem to be of importance if you do not make your call minimums for the week, which is such a backwards thing. Sales goals are not realistic most of the time, so bonuses are hard to attain. Management doesn't care about listening to concerns, they just regurgitate what gets told to them. A ship that is about to sink, avoid it overall, or get out while you can!

The communication sometimes is not really optimal.

*Poor communication from upper management/management in general. Multiple managers along with employees came and went within locations in my region *Unclear communication between different departments. Inconsistent use of sales tools leading to unrealistic metrics. *Unclear duties from management which did not make sense on day to day tasks/sales. *Continues changes within the company when at times it was communicated opposite by Mark Kats. *Expected to take on additional tasks/activities with no application in promotion or increase pay. *Pushed one week free lunches which was inconsistent at best. *With changes in management and new positions created, there wasn't always a clear leader. *Multiple other departments downsized thus affecting customer service, sales, expectations, etc.

- Disorganized management (constantly moving targets, contradicting business updates month-by-month, and poor communication from leadership) - "Golden Rule": It sounds stupid, but it was one of my favorite parts of the company. Treat others how you want to be treated. A core value from the CEO and Founder. Along the way, the company made repeated choices that went against this, to the point where it feels insulting they have that included in their values. This includes mass layoffs in favor of cheap labor, despite "one last final push" till we were a public company. Many of these employees had been with the company since its beginning. The entire 2023 year left a massive bitter taste in my mouth and many others. Beware of this company's culture before you enter. - Their shirts are way overpriced

Massive layoffs in 2022 and 2023 Felt way too big and corporate-y Tons of mismatched communication from top down Felt like company tried to grow too quickly and as to not cut pay higher up, cut jobs/people

consistently changing performance goals VERY little communication with workforce, at the end of both 2022 and 2023 a combined roughly 1000 people were laid off with either no warning or a 2 week heads up that the company is failing financially

Every year have done lay offs around Q4 very difficult to get things done due to the custom nature of the industry

Leadership is bad at communication and coaching. Direction unclear. Many projects started with no or fractured end product
