      Pros

      Middle management is supportive and will collaborate with you. The work is generally satisfactory, and resources are continually updated.

      Cons

      Raises are minimal. Has had multiple lay offs in the past 5 years and a transfer of CEOs. Then on top of all of this its out sourcing out side the US because they dont want to provide a living wage. Creating a community but first to get rid of said community.

      Pros

      -The coworkers themselves are great, most inkers are level-headed and great to be around -Healthcare was cheap for the quality you got -Great PTO package

      Cons

      -Clueless middle management, sometimes even spiteful -Lying upper management, stating they're working on projects for months before actually starting it -Company has lost one of its core values in recent years, not wanting the status quo challenged -Unrealistic increased goals -Priorities change weekly -Pay structure does not reward over-performance, only slightly above average performance -When given the option to make someone feel valued or just another cog, they choose the latter 10/10 times

      Pros

      - wellness credit kept health insurance payments very low - decent PTO deal - will provide severance if laid off

      Cons

      - directionless and vague leadership - inflexible stances on taking remote working days in unique situations/emergencies - mandatory weekend availability - no opportunities for promotion or switching roles (since entire departments kept being laid off)
