Management never knows what they should be doing or how to handle people. They constantly tell employees that they are doing a good job but a week later put you on an action plan. Inexperienced leadership, they promote from within to people that have no management skills. It's all about "who you know" and not what you've done. They say they want innovated ideas but when you provide them with anything they shut you done. They constantly change your pay and they can never decide how their going to pay you. They also pay based on "metrics" aka how fast you can do something and not really the actual quality of work.
