With the new work from home structure, there are now more opportunities for career advancement beyond your local office. However, since we are a larger company, it is difficult to know / visualize those direct career paths sometimes.

Underwhelming pay bump for a promotion, and confusing pay structure (annual raises connected with reviews don't always result in a pay increase if you've recently been promoted or moved departments). The employee discount is also underwhelming and, this being a product-based industry, you're expected to reach production goals consistently. That's not necessarily a con, but might be stressful for some people.

poor management, hostile work environment, Fake leadership who pretends to care, but coukd care less. This is a high-school with the cool kids club, and if you aren't apart of that club, you won't get anywhere. No room for growth or advancement, and the "blacklist" is real, once you are in it, you won't get off. If you don't drink the coolaide here, you won't fit in. Wasted many years here, thinking it would get me somewhere, and it got me no where. They will also fight unemployment, just to stick it to you even harder.

Schedule flexibility for family needs

-Custom Ink has a highly toxic and unprofessional work environment. -Management is known for gossiping, showing favoritism, and inconsistently enforcing policies. -Reports of harassment and name calling by management are not addressed. -They instruct employees not to report overtime hours -There are inaccuracies in sales and commission metrics, and no explanation is provided when they are brought to the company's attention. -There is a lack of structure in each department, resulting in confusion and inefficiency. -The company uses unreliable platforms (Embassy and Salesforce) and fails to provide adequate training. -Priorities and responsibilities frequently shift without clear direction, leading to confusion and wasted time. - Their "core values" are used as a tool to deflect complaints and concerns. -The company culture lacks genuine concern for employees' well-being, and complaints are met with dismissive responses from management. The managers will gaslight you and are condescending.
