The only thing that drew me in was the promise of high pay, but it was a complete lie used to trap people into working here.

Cons

- Employees are buried under overwhelming workloads with zero support, leaving everyone exhausted and burnt out. - Salaries are insultingly low and do not match the qualifications or effort of the staff. - Managers are power-tripping bullies who harass, humiliate, and abuse employees to feel superior. - Leadership makes reckless, short-sighted decisions focused solely on quick profits while ignoring the impact on employees. - Accountability is nonexistent, with blame constantly shifted onto staff, and no lessons ever learned from mistakes. - Advancement is nearly impossible without connections, leaving talented and hardworking employees ignored and undervalued. Customers Bank is a nightmare from start to finish. Every day felt miserable, and nothing about the experience was redeeming. Anyone considering working here should beware—it will crush you.

Cons

Toxicity is rampant in the workplace of this company. Customers Bank has a leadership that's filled with horrible people, and they abuse their positions to harass and verbally abuse employees. We're treated terribly by the leadership, and we all suffer in the toxic work environment that the leaders created.
