Pros

The company has good people at the lowest levels, but the higher up you go the more fake, dishonest and soulless the people get.

Cons

Don't trust the leadership, they will feed you fake news.

Pros

- Some great colleagues - Great benefits

Cons

- Quality of work has gone down significantly as the company focuses on outsourcing to cheaper foreign workers. Clients are certainly not getting the best. - Look, at the end of the day, you're a cog in a machine.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re pleased to hear that you’ve found strong colleagues and value the benefits we offer—our people and how we support them matter deeply to us. We also want to acknowledge your concerns. We understand that periods of change, including how teams are structured globally, can feel unsettling and can raise questions about quality, impact, and individual value. That feedback is important. Our intention with a global operating model is to strengthen our ability to serve customers consistently while remaining competitive, not to diminish the contribution of any individual or team. We don’t see our employees as “cogs,” and we’re sorry that this has been your experience. Every role plays a meaningful part in our success, and we know we still have work to do to ensure that people feel recognized, heard, and connected to the value they create—for customers and for Cyncly as a whole. Your perspective helps highlight where we need to improve, particularly around communication, quality, and ensuring teams feel valued during change. Thank you for being open and honest with us, if you have any further feedback please do reach out to your local People Team. The Cyncly Team

Very poor leadership and culture

Pros

Not a lot… I love the working with my immediate team members. Anything outside of that is extremely challenging.

Cons

Leadership decisions destroying our culture piece by piece. They decide things without any real context or input from people actually doing the work. Minimal raises, no promotion paths - prefer to hire outside rather than promote internally. No empathy or compassion from upper leadership. Us lowly plebs doing the work don’t matter. We are seen as easily replaceable even if you are an experienced veteran of the job. Leadership expects 50-60 hour weeks and continues to pile on more and more work but is not willing to compensate for it. Leadership tells everyone how good we are doing in company-wide meetings but bonuses, compensation, and overall appreciation reflect the exact opposite. You are much more likely to get reprimanded for 1 mistake out of a hundred attempts than appreciated for the 99 successful attempts. Sales is the only position the company cares about, all others don’t matter. Dishonesty from leadership is rampant. Promises of promotions/compensation for additional work but go back on their word. They’d rather you just do multiple jobs for no compensation. Incompetent payroll - mistakes are made with payroll on almost a monthly basis but no one seems to care.
