Pros

Good Pay and benefits like health Insurance

Cons

Culture varies widely from Division. This particular Division has terrible culture. Everyone out for themselves. DP is huge tyrant, doesn't care about people. His claim to fame is how many people he has fired in his career.

Pros

Remote work is good, but those positions are being eliminated and there’s a hiring freeze

Cons

Bonus structure not bonusing like we used to, spoke with various processors at the company and we are convinced the pipeline is intentionally placed so we can’t bonus. Trying to move internally and nothing works
