Management shows favoritism towards those like them. Office is not diversified. Promotions and raises are given to those who are social not the ones who are deserving. You get penalized for standing up for yourself. You are expected to over and beyond what your job description is but you don't get compensated for it. If you question it, your not a team player. Too many back handed things going on so that upper management looks good to corporate.

No work life balance, no traning process, the field runs the Purchasing department, entire management staff is new, all tenure employees are quiting due to lack of appreciation or burnt out...it's scary the entire office is tense and on edge, I would see people crying daily about workload and anxiety from driving over an hour daily just to make it to work
