If you are not one of the favorites you are going to be on their radar, no matter if you perform or not. This is the biggest problem at DR Horton. Not only that but, they constantly hire relatives! Even management have their own relatives working in the same field, sales! Another big problem is that they indeed discriminate towards minority, the team is about 90% Caucasian. Don't think you will find diversity in this company. The way they manage is definitely by who they like versus each individual personal trait. Management usually go by what they deem as right or wrong versus all sides of a situation. Managers are not prepared to manage the individuals to be the best they can be, unfortunately they manage for their own interest. Either you are part of the club or not. It's very, very sad, they are all about favoritism and race.
