-It is a job that pays -Bonus and raises -Work with people from several different departments -Get experience working in industrial automation

Cons

-No work/life balance (expectation is to work overtime, on weekends, and on holidays sometimes under short notice) -Below average pay -Promotions/raises/bonuses seem arbitrary -Division future outlook seems unclear (unclear vision moving forward) -Micromanagement -Too many individuals in management -Difficult to trust management (minimal to no true transparency) -Weak links in the chain are not let go; instead they are re-purposed elsewhere which still isn't beneficial long-term -High turnover rate -Low morale

They Can't work you more than 12 hrs. No layoffs, clean.

Cons

Don't expect to get a Holiday off, work many lines 7 days a week. Some lines 10 and 12 hour days 7 days a week. 10 minute breaks ( associate level, otherwise management can take as long as they like). No bathroom relief until break time. You may have to walk 100 yrds to bathroom and then to breakroom, if you are a speed walker you will end up with about 4 minutes to eat, drink and be back on your line. 30 minutes for lunch. Your management (they schedule your weekends) won't be in there on the weekends to help you. Management very top heavy!!!
