Pros

Central location, connected to public transport.

Cons

- Micromanagement - Progressive and continuos overloading of employees with more tasks. - Forced employees to return to full time after a long period of wfh/hybrid, without any logical reason and without giving an open discussion about it. - Constant high pressure to achieve higher kpi in each quarter. - Poor benefits package. - Management lacks basic human to human skills, like empathy.

Pros

I haven't seen so far.

Cons

Plenty so far. After 10 days I decided drive 14 miles just to check on my application and hopefully see if I could talk to the hiring manager or hr while I was already there. I was just turned away. I was dressed and ready for the interview. I showed initiative and professionalism just by showing up and was ready to work. I even waited in the parking lot an extra 5 mins just in case, but nothing. So, I'm already assuming that they weren't considering. I check back later on the site and it says position closed. Even for a military veteran who was willing to work hard for them they didn't interview before not considering.

Dear colleague, We sincerely apologize for the disappointment you experienced during your application process. Your initiative and professionalism are highly valued, and, regrettably, the communication fell short of your expectations. Our hiring process aims to be inclusive, and we are committed to reviewing our procedures to avoid such oversights in the future. Your dedication as a military veteran is deeply appreciated, and we understand the frustration this situation may have caused. Please be assured that your feedback is being taken seriously, and we will strive to improve our processes. Thank you for sharing this with us. Best regards, Your DHL Team

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We regret that you didn't receive the support you needed, and as a result, you were unable to perform your work effectively. Learning on the job, as well as self-learning are methods that are very much encouraged in our organization; however, this goes hand in hand with a supportive environment and available leaders to provide guidance and enable success. We take all feedback seriously and will use this as an opportunity to improve. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts. We wish you all the best. Your DHL Team
