      Pays well in my area, not so well in others.

      Cons

      Corporate feel to the company. Several layers of management. I’m not big on the DEI agenda.

      Thanks for taking the time to provide your comments. While I am not thrilled with being labelled "okay" as a company, we will take this as an opportunity to improve. We have an idea board where you can leave specific comments (even anonymously if you prefer) on how we can improve as a company. I would like to get your thoughts so we can move from 3 stars to 5! And, BTW, DOWL is committed to welcoming all thoughts and opinions, even if it means that some in the company are not "big" on the DEIB journey that we are on.

      Rewarded well, but could use more training/development

      Pros

      DOWL did a great job of setting goals and achieving them. I also always felt that I was paid well and I never had to request a salary raise.

      Cons

      I think DOWL could invest more into training staff, especially for managers in areas of leadership. I've learned since how leading others is much more than making sure their work is done, but also entails developing team members among other things. Training for up and coming leaders could also be hugely beneficial.
