I am sorry that your employment experience with DOWL did not live up to your expectations. DOWL's last merger/acquisition was in 2018. I do not know your specific situation, but I can tell you that we put incredible amounts of energy into blending the benefit plans of the two former firms, and minimizing anyone damaged by the benefit blending process. It is unfortunate that our process pushed you backwards.

Thanks for the great review. We are blessed to have such wonderful clients and projects and co-workers. And yes, I do sometimes feel like I am overloaded as well. But just make sure that the you are not overloaded for extended periods of time. This business is a marathon . . . not a sprint!

Thanks for the review, and yes we have a turnover rate among some segments of our company that are unacceptably high. We are working diligently to create an environment that makes more staff long haulers. I could make a bunch of excuses and "great resignation" and lack of loyalty and such, but this is on me/us to welcome people to this company and make the notion of leaving unthinkable. We will get there!
