2yThank you, this is a good comment and worth exploring. With DOWL’s number of offices and hybrid/remote employees, connecting takes a little more effort. We’ll work on this to see what more we can do to provide insight and connection with staff beyond our market sector borders.

2yThank you for your comment. I am glad you were compensated fairly and were able to enjoy a good work/life balance. Since we have so many offices, it’s hard to make a comment about the culture of the office since every office is a little different, however we are working with the People Department, office managers, and market sector leaders to put an emphasis on culture and people. We strive for an environment where people feel welcomed and included and their career is developed. We also want to celebrate each other’s successes and enjoy the company of the people we spend so much time with.
