Very flexible with availability, and time off. Yearly raise. Daily recognition, and rewards. Multiple breaks. Great relationship with management.

Cons

Limited hours, extended shifts, shifts are never rotated among associates.

get to shop while working get a great discount can wear what ever you want

Cons

I love to work and I love people but working where every one is yelling at you to get rewards to awful. Sm is not very nice and can barley remember anyones names Dm comes in all the time and all they do is gossip I was told their was growth opportunity but forget it, just stuck walking up and down each row every day bored out of our minds, having a voice chat off numbers in my ear even when I am trying to speak to a customer, no concern or team building for sales associate.
