Pros

It's got friendly co-workers. Management is pretty good although it's shrinking. Pay is decently above minimum wage. Lenient attendance policy.

Cons

It gets repetitive going in as with any job I suppose. Some managers are more uptight than the others. People can walk in and steal stuff and you can't do a thing about it.

Pros

if you like a fast paced environment, work tirelessly and provide customer service this is the place for you. especially if you love shoes.

Cons

the experience was like a rollercoaster. Managers were rude and neurotic to employees and overwork them with less time for breaks even when by law employees are entitled to. Only sometimes they were nice. Also good luck getting training, it rarely happens. Also managers seem to put their emotions before their profession.

You get a 30% discount on designer shoes, even when the shoes are on clearance flexible scheduling decent pay friendly management

Cons

There is an extreme hassle to get rewards cards and if you don't get the required amount during your shift your hours are cut for the following week. having to literally clean the store
