Employees are generally decent people who are all on the same hamster wheel of indecision.

Cons

Very disorganized company, minimal investment in systems or anything that resembles other pharmaceutical companies. Many routine issues are “new” to leadership or project teams. Chaos abound which drives the best and brightest away. Company is run out of Japan with leaders who know little about industry standards. If you like being frustrated and in the dark on most topics that would be discussed openly at other companies. This is the place for you.
