Pros

good benefits, 401K avg. Nice people across all sectors to work with. Good Work Family balance and growing. The company made very good Covid accommodations for employees.

Cons

Direct manager didn't know how to face confrontation or staffing issues. He would rather go on vacation then deal with the issues at hand. Company stock is one of the worst I have experienced. Doesn't grow much so make sure you are saving money in other investments. If you want to move up in the company, it's okay to throw your co-workers under the bus and brown nose to upper management. If you can be successful at that, you will advance quickly.

Unprofessional, Ruthless, Cutthroat, Immoral environment. I have worked in numerous companies in my career and this by far is the worst company I have ever worked for. If you are currently employed, DO NOT leave your job for this company. Obviously if you are unemployed, you have no choice. There is nothing here for you. Don't disregard the negative reviews below. They are accurate and correct.
