I read the bad reviews before I took a job with DSI. I thought there was no way it was that bad, and that the people who left the bad reviews had personal vendettas or "sour grapes", as a recent reviewer claims. However, after having worked for DSI, I can say that the bad reviews are 100% true. Everything you need to know has already been said in multiple reviews here - toxic culture, no work-life balance, clueless leadership, no direction. Read these reviews and think hard about whether this is the kind of place you want to spend most of your waking hours (it will be well more than 8 per day). I know you can do better than DSI because ANYTHING is better than DSI.

Environment is very bad with toxic relationships and you get to the point where you realize you can't trust anyone. I'm surprised I lasted as long as I did (which was less than a year before I quit). Also found out (because I got a tip from a long-term employee who is in a leadership role), you can't go to HR and voice concerns about anything. You will be fired.
