Pros

Flexible work environment with great benefits

Cons

If you want to work with the best leaders in the business, you will not find them here. Middle management up to VP levels lacks leadership skills and spends time on their internal brand instead of developing and working for their people, their staff.

Pros

A good PTO policy, hope to make up for the work later.

Cons

Ceridian's culture has absolutely plummeted. What was once a phenomenal place to work at has now become a toxic work environment where everyone is wondering if or when they will be let go. The sales team has little to no chance of hitting goals, that are unachievable for even the most tenured Account Executive. You will be just a number here that can be replaced in an instant. The "moonshot" goals are now creating an every person for themselves environment pinning employees against one another.

Shady AF. Terrible Management.

Pros

Adequate training. Decent Pay. Great Customers. Potential Career Opportunities.

Cons

The department is run by a tyrant. Constantly harassed and belittled employees. Constant complaining about individuals. If you requested a sick day, you'll be harassed and told you'll be sent to HR. The reason I left is that we were forced to "alter" our hours spent working with customers in order to keep our jobs. Customers were charged money for additional hours spent on a project. Sometimes we'd be swamped and work 60-hour weeks, however during the early weeks of a new quarter, work would be slow. If our weekly work hours didn't equal 40, we were at risk of losing our jobs. We were obligated to charge customers extra hours/money so our work hours could reach 40. From large Enterprise Customers to small Mom and Pop shops hundreds to thousands of dollars. It made us feel terrible!! But this is what the team was instructed to do. From charging customers extra money to being harassed daily by management, it felt like I was walking on eggshells for months and had to take sleeping pills as I loathed coming to work. I actually had a mental breakdown and couldn't work for months.
