Great Product, Horrible Work/Life Balance (especially during a pandemic)
Pros
Benefits are great, good PTO policy (if you can ever find the time to take off)
Cons
The consultants are overworked. Utilization rates are the only priority for management. This creates a culture of not wanting to help your fellow colleagues because any mentoring/training doesn't count towards utilization rates. I had 6 different managers in a year. What kind of organization has that many org changes in a year? They were also not understanding to parents with young children at home during a global pandemic. I had children who were too young to watch themselves and when I walked away from my desk to feed them lunch, my manager calls me and says "I didn't know you were taking time off today". That was when I knew it was time to leave after only a year. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Most people from my round of hiring are no longer with the company as well.
