Pros
Good co-workers and decent vacation time. But not much else anymore.
Cons
Ceridian has sadly become a very poor place to work in recent years. The company is understaffed. Account reps are overloaded with far too many clients to handle properly considering how many product and system problems there are. There are too many unhappy clients you have to deal with. Employees have not been treated well at all in recent years. Pay scales have been drastically lowered and proper job titles have been taken away. Employee morale is very low.
