Pros

There are the benefits IF YOU EVER GET HIRED.

Cons

They only hire temps, promise them to get hired if they come on time, don't miss work and work hard. People do that for 1 year, then they get laid off and they get new people. It is a shame they get away with it for years.

Pros

Simple product to sell, staff is very friendly. Management is fair, and honest with their feedback

Cons

Compensation is weak. Although the people are great, it is not always the most talented sales staff. Motivation can be lacking at times. To much micro managing on call stats and not enough emphasis on pipline generating activities.
