      Use to be A Great Place to Work

      Pros

      The people I work with with are great. Most people get along and have a good working relationship.

      Cons

      Constant change in leadership and company focus. Current Sr. Management do not support work/life balance. The growing trend of offshoring jobs has had an impact on the quality of work being produced. There has been alot of take aways from employees and the benefits since I started.

      Pros

      Great resume filler - Ceridian is a great brand to have on your resume. Working environment is also really fun and energetic, they also provide a good work life balance. Benefit package is also really good, and there are a good amount of perks to the job.

      Cons

      Shows no room for growth, advancement and at times comminication is poor.

      flexable work schedule; pdo is pretty good

      Cons

      it's frowned upon when you question how things are going or if you voice your concerns; there is no work life balance; HR department does not take concerns seriously and are slow to handle the situations if they do get involved. The managers need to be trained a little more on how to be leaders.
