Pros

- Very easy workplace - Great for students - You are allowed to do whatever as long as you do your job - Basically getting paid for mostly sitting down and doing nothing

Cons

- very difficult to get day off - no opportunity for promotions - not satisfied with compensation - If you are related to the ownership(management and some other employees are), you get your way every time. Other people are just considered slaves
