Pros

- Will pay for you to get your insurance license - has (albeit to really low levels) 401k matching, insurance, and employee perks

Cons

- fake “Company Culture”; they don’t really live the way they advertise themselves - $250,000+ claim is only achieved by 5 account executives and their territories in the company. The other 115 Account Executives have no hope of seeing money like that. An absolute lie. - their product and services cannot be sold in all 50 states currently and is constantly facing legal trouble for their false claims and poor business practices - CEO and executive team are more focused on money and frequently try to avoid paying Account Executives their bonuses if there’s a loophole possible - Beware of their lies and poor hiring practices; they have a revolving door of Account Executives because they don’t hire on substance - the worst work life balance that I’ve ever been a part of

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. Honesty is one of the company core values, and we communicate openly and transparently. We also pay all wages and commissions due to our employees, and we are on track to have over 12% of our Account Executive team meet or exceed the $250K base and commission earnings. In addition, over 31% of them make 100K to over 300K. Our growth track record is supported by our commitment to compliance and integrity in our business operations. Please bring your concerns to your manager in your one on one meeting or our National Sales Director or our Director of Compliance. Our culture is championed and appreciated by our team members. From the CEO on down, we strive for our well earned, best in class employee engagement scores, and will work hard to maintain that level of excellence as we grow and continue to hire the right person for the right seat.

Pros

-Make your own schedule based on your partners needs -VERY generous commission structure -Support from District Manager -HQ is consistently working to support the role and help with team success -While competitive, teammates help each other in any way possible -Sales Incentives and recognition to the Top Account Executives Once you as an individual have a what you consider your capacity of accounts/partners, your job becomes servicing the partners and presenting in their classes. It’s important to find larger partners, but the balance is important as well. In 2020, I was “tapped out” in terms of not doing anymore business development, so my job consists of just account management and class presentations. Because of the commission structure, I made well over 150k working 30 hours a week. However, this is not going to be the same for everyone.

Cons

-This role is mostly a weekend job, which is tough -Not at all locations are created equal -The fast growth sometimes leads to disconnects between HQ and the Account Executives across the country

Pros

Was hired several years after I completed my Bachelor's degree (Was working in an unrelated field). Started in an entry level position in Member Services - Within five months I was in marketing and three years into my employment I'm in a Project Management position. Upper management is focused on helping me expand my abilities as a marketer. They've sent me (and many others) to multiple marketing conferences, purchased any learning material I've requested, and continually encourage me to continue to expand your role in the company. They involve everyone in the company in the decisions that affect our entire organization. Everyone's opinion is valid.

Cons

The company is incredibly fast moving. If you don't embrace change, you're not going to be comfortable.
