great idea with product best in the market. Backed by intuit and get benifits

bugs with the product and customer service non intuit has helped with a little but qutoas are still unacheiveable

if your fresh out of college looking for a job Demandforce might be great to get some experience

Cons

Tons of drinking and partying managers and senior executives seem to be always talking breaks, you may run into them taking a snort break in the bathroom Drink the kool culture Churn and burn sales culture, close hard, party hard This is absolutely disturbing that this company is a part of Intuit and nothing is being done about how things are being ran.

. Decent product that seems to work in some of Demandforce's verticals . A few GREAT leaders (ONLY a few) . Great sales training staff (as of November 2012) . Convient location to BART, if you commute

Cons

. "Frat" like party environment . Cocky middle and upper management . Not much room for advancement . Extremely clicky work environment . Compensation is not competitive . Commissions are subpar, due in large part to customer turnover . No loyalty to customers . Demandforce does not embrace customer service aspects of Account Executives positions . "Churn and Burn" environment with employees and customers . Most territories have already been run through, and a bad taste for Demandforce is usually what's left
