None. There is no possible pros for working in this company . Almost any other job would be better .

Cons

Your a slave and that’s it. As what reflects the ratings there is no room for growth so don’t expect to be rewarded for your hard work. Expect to also be an outcast for who ever your delivering for because your not an employee .

Contract drivers that may or may not be professional. No control over the quality of contract drivers on scheduled routes in unmarked personal vehicles. Compensation for scheduled routes gained is one time only and not worth the time an effort put in.
