Most of the independent contractors you work with are great ppl

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about the rank and file. If your a driver they will file bogus claims against u and there's little u can do to fight it. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

This company is a great place to gain work/life experience. If you are a recent college graduate or new to the workforce than Diligent is a great place to begin your work experience.

Cons

No recognition or pay raises for valued employees. High turnover in management positions puts a strain on remaining employees effecting job performance.
