Pros

The co-workers were nice

Cons

Basically everything they tell you in the interview is a lie. I would stay far away from this company. Newly grads don't make the same mistake I did... you'd be better off serving at a restaurant. You are on hourly (about $16) during training which doesn't add up to $40k unless you're working lots of overtime. The training doesn't deserve to be called that... they give you a binder and it's figure it out on your own. Overall, a crappy "business". Everyone who is working there is waiting for a different job so they can leave.

Pros

Since the takeover of Vircon by Diversant, it's been "'interesting."

Cons

Working without a contract because management somehow can't seem to get the paperwork correct. After 5 attempts to get me a corrected renewal contract, they still have the contract end date wrong and the pay rate wrong.

Pros

Friendships to last a lifetime, you get exposure to a "real job", you get to learn IT lingo, a lot of people network with clients to get jobs in really great companies and leave this place if you are in sales. Great social scene for the weekends too if you get a job here you will have a social life and make friends.

Cons

Fear...this place is run on fear because you are told you are replaceable. The fact is you know that you are replaceable so you live every day in fear of your job. It is an unhealthy culture where the "favorites" call the shots and then other people get fired for no reason ("poor performance"). The management allows drama and cut throat behavior to happen. They don't train employees and have unrealistic expectations of them. The words employee apathy like that comment below are true. They under pay people and then expect them to work 12 hours daily and weekends even though the commission is 2%. They think we are lazy if we don't. We just want to enjoy some of our free time since there is no incentive. You are mislead by the people recruiting you in here and given false promises of high income, great benefits, and promotion into account management within 3 months. That NEVER happens except in the brand new offices like GA and PA. There is no method to the madness. Most people are burnt out and desperate to leave. Actually a HIGH number of people have left from 4 of 5 branches in last few months. If you want a company where senior management treats you like you are below them then this is it. They do not give salary raises. Before I quit I asked someone "successful" what their commission was and when they told me I was shocked to hear they made only $2,000 last year. That is far from the $60k we were told!
