Pros

good pay, friendly team members, good products

Cons

bad management, unprofessional and unethical behavior, not open to new ideas for improving processes, overworked employees, no work/life balance.

Pros

Nice People Not Micromanaged Good Product to sell Great CRM Tons of training It's a positive position as you are the liaison to their executive sales rep and the Lead. Teamwork was fun and they let you be creative if you run it by the manager

Cons

Dress code was Professional, needs to be either casual or bus casual Too many meetings They expect a 9 hour work day Never got bonuses Not a lot of upward mobility

Lack of leadership and planning

Pros

They have some really talented people in technical roles in there.

Cons

All of their talents are wasted because there is lack of segregation of roles. A lot of time is wasted in micromanagement, to the the point that tracking of tasks in their tool is given more importance than the task itself. The senior programmers have been made leads but their responsibilities are still the same which makes if difficult for them to manage their own tasks and manage people in their team as well. Their product has great capabilities but is also fairly complicated for the end user. There are no processes outlined in anything and all tasks are just attacked without proper planning. No one will ever respond to your email unless you actually take efforts to go to their desks and follow up to the point of harassing. There is no culture and there are no ethics. There is a high turnover of employees.
