Business Outlook
Pros
Good benefits Most folks are awesome, willing to help and prioritize growth. You will be promoted if you deserve it- and if the company has it in their budget. Good work-life balance. You can usually take PTO with little to no pushback.
Cons
Pay is on the low end. Executive leadership is seemingly clueless on direction: multiple company re-orgs and high turnover at the executive level in the last year point to bigger issues. Unclear communication as to what is really happening only adds to the problems. Talent is leaving (or being laid off!) constantly, and the culture is increasingly becoming all about getting immediate value at the cost of long term.
