      Terrible Morale, absolutely horrible management

      Ability to be open with management about work conditions

      Cons

      Terrible office culture. Many are work drones with no involvement of company culture and others are simply placed in roles they do not belong in. I know many people that are complaining secretly and even if complaints or advice is given to management, the exact opposite is done. They don't try to look out for their employees. Stagnant career growth, and they're always changing the responsibilities for your career improvement. Every. Single. Month.

      Pros

      DCT gets it. They understand the industry and understand where they need to get to. Having recently separated financially from Accenture (all for the good here!!!!) and acquiring a few more companies, there have been some bumps in the road. But there is a willingness to figure it out, to try to change and set us down the right paths.

      Cons

      The acquisitions have caused some communication issues. We still are a big company (with a small cultural feel), we should have hired someone externally to help navigate the paths.
