Pros

You get half off food and drinks on shift. The regulars and most customers are super friendly and extremely grateful.

Cons

This Dunkin is awful. Certain management definitely picks/has favorites and pushes other managers to the side and treat them much worse than ones they “like more”. There’s no equality here, it feels like you’re back in high school again but WITH GROWN ADULTS. And mine as well forget about a “fun and flexible” schedule, you’ll be asked to do more shifts than you signed up for or way less. No in between. Was hired here to do full time and only got maybe 4-5 weeks of full time hours. The rest was ranging from 15-28. Which isn’t a livable wage? Oh and surprise shifts for days you can’t work will also pop up unknowingly and won’t be communicated with you. Room for advancement in positions but again, only if they like you enough. I was extremely disappointed coming to this dunkin seeming in that first week everyone was so friendly but it’s just a show they put on to keep you there. You’ll get attitude if you mess something up and/or forget about something by the manager. Truly such a negative place to work at and such negative, two faced people to be around. There’s so much more I could say but I’m sure this is enough. This is an awful place to work.

Cons

-Manager was toxic and despite telling her I took longer to learn and had never worked in coffee, threaten to "cut hours" (I was only working 20 hours a week at the time) because I was not "learning fast enough" -told coworkers she was going to fire me because I was taking too long to learn -coworkers were mean to me on the daily and the manager did nothing about it -assistant managers were very nice but were oblivious to how other coworkers treated me -were horrible at communicating expectations and then would yell at me when I would get things wrong due to either lack of knowledge or communication -was told I could get full-time hours but was only given 20 hours a week -was told start pay was $15 an hour but was actually $13 an hour
