We do not pay employees for reviews. We regularly ask employees for feedback and aim for open communication with a variety of ways for everyone to share their voice. Employees are encouraged to share their honest experience via Glassdoor, and to openly discuss feedback in one-on-one settings with their managers or People Business Partners. We also run anonymous surveys on a recurring basis.
