      Pros

      Good benefits, engaging leadership, competitive pay, great people, opportunities for growth, self development and growth programs, friendly environment, game room, on site gym, flexible scheduling. Overall a great company to work for. The management is engaging and very approachable. The work, while fast paced and tough, is rewarding and can be interesting. They can be flexible with your schedule and with time off that you may need for personal engagements. They are always looking to improve in everything they do and value new and innovative ideas. Hard work is appreciated at Dynamic and if you put in the effort can go almost anywhere you want in the company. They will work with you and help you find your path and help you figure out what is needed to get you there.

      Pros

      Company based on strong values that put team members first in practice, not just on paper. Lots of opportunity to grow one's career as the company grows, matures and expands. Great blend of entrepreneurship and professionalism that is both hard striving and fun at the same time.

      Cons

      Not for the faint of heart, the pace of activity and constant change in our fast evolving market requires people ready to work hard when at work (with a good balance of time off work)!

      Pros

      Family atmosphere. A team committed to excellence and growth. Wonderful benefits that stretch beyond the norm, and have an enormous effect on the surrounding communities. Work hard, play hard mantra that is effective and motivating! One of the best places I have ever had the pleasure of working at.

      Cons

      Keep feeding the beast! Keep the energy up for the big growth going on. Keep the expanding roles filled. Keep the capital resources coming and this team will not let the mission down.
