      Amazing Culture, they truly live out their corporate values: Integrity, Humility, Service, Excellence Through Innovation, Self-Discipline, and FUN! Great benefits that are always expanding and offering more and more to the team. Great pay, profit sharing, and a high focus on developing and growing their employees.

      Cons

      Once you see what Dynamic has to over, you can't really ask for more!

      Dynamic is a fast-growing company where the culture is important and where a good work-life balance is strived for. It’s important that no one miss their child’s soccer game, field trip, or concert. Work hard - play hard attitude. Team members are encouraged to continue to learn and grow, adding value to their knowledge and skills for now and in the future. Dynamic offers education tuition reimbursement, flexible hours, and great benefits.

      If you want 'just a job' without personal and professional growth might not be the place for you.

      Pros

      Fast growing, entrepreneurial culture. You are not micro-managed. The company truly believes that the team member, yes I said team member as opposed to the employee, comes first. Plenty of opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      While you may not be micro-managed, you are expected to continuously meet expectations...if this is not the type of environment that you thrive in, then you need to look else where
