      Pros

      It is currently easier to become employed here than it used to be, which is a pro if you need a job.

      Cons

      Stick up for yourself, even when managers don't like it. The most important thing for you to "own" is your body, mind, and spirit. I'd also recommend keeping track of what people say, what you find to be true, and maybe have a set number of red flags you're comfortable working under. I would not recommend working here if you have neurodivergent traits or diagnoses. Good luck, job seekers, and know your worth!
