Pros

nice people. flexible hours. stable. in the heart of silicon valley. wide range of clients. exposure to cutting-edge technology.

Cons

no formal training. sometimes have to work overtime. problems with tools don't get addressed until they need major repairs which can take weeks to complete. hardly any career advancement opportunities.

Pros

Good people and good personal working conditions between lower level employees.

Cons

Upper Management is focused on strange things that seem suspicious. There does not seem to be any intelligent focus on growing the company, or any good vision of who the company wants to be. There was a focus on buying businesses, but not a good core strategy. It appears upper management is totally focused on playing up to the investment group that owns much of the company, and not on the company itself. It is if they are trying to the exclusion of all els, to make the company a good "property" for some other investor to buy. A modern warmed over version of corporate raiders. Haven't gotten a raise in five years.

Pros

It is a job if you need a job. Some bright people working here, but they are all worker bees. Could be a good place to work if sold to a larger company. The customer base is substantial.

Cons

The company is growing to pump up profits, but not for long-term viability.
