flexible schedule, job is kind of stable. bay area is a good place to live. easy access to beach and mountain.

Cons

9-10 hours working. no care about employee's career advancement. no formal training. manager push too much. they only care about how much you can make for company.

Good people to work with. No signs of any discrimination. OK benefits. and that pretty much somes it all up.

Cons

Upper management. If you are not bringing the most revenue for the company then good luck getting your voice heard. Even then, I wonder...
