      Pros

      Flexible hours for appointments. Recognized as a Great Place to Work. Decent benefits and a casual work environment. Most people are friendly.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Employee cuts backs are hard on the rest of the team when no cross-training is done. Some longer-term employees are kept that do a marginal job. Work/Life balance is harder for salary employees. ECi does not want to pay OT. Lots of turn over at all levels. Not a career place. Career opportunities for some.
