      VERBALLY ABUSIVE customers Conflicting objectives Poor middle management Unreasonable daily work expectations No career pathing or mgmt will only listen when you prefer to fill one of their gaps. Departments war against one another

      Casual work environment is nice.

      Cons

      "boys club" leaves everyone else out of what's really going on. Don't believe half the stuff they tell you. Management only cares about results and they are going about it all wrong.
