Pros

Company is very inviting and provides excellent employee agency. They will allow you to work on a project and believe in their choice to hire you. You will feel a sense of personal respect and freedom.

Cons

Clarity regarding daily expectations. A bit heavy handed on the corporate non speak during the onboarding process.

Great Company With Lots Of Opportunity

Pros

-Great work life balance -Competitive pay -Benefits are on par -Unlimited PTO The company is looking to grow at a fast pace which opens up a lot of opportunity for growth. If you have initiative and don't mind a bit of self-driven environment, you can truly thrive.

Cons

There is a lot of priorities and chaos in the growth of the company. I believe this will calm down in the near future as they have acquired some fantastic leaders with great vision. The war in Ukraine has also been a source of chaos as we have a number of Ukrainian team members. In my opinion, the cons I have seen are short term and are already in the mix of being fixed so there is not a whole lot of Cons to me.
