They Mean Well - Not sure how it's going to work out.

Pros

I think their heart is in the right place. Co-workers and staff are mostly nice. Strong investment in "Culture" if that's your thing. Remote work before remote work was a thing. (They get it) They try to be pretty transparent about things, and are as forthright as commonsense will allow.

Cons

I don't think they can't afford to pay well. (or they did a great job leading me to believe that) I couldn't help but wonder if the business model was working or not.
