Pros

Giving 5 stars because the future looks a lot better. Senior leadership has an open-door policy where you can bring up issues without fear of losing your job Continuously improving employee relations Trying really hard to improve the company

Cons

Not trying hard enough to keep skilled employees from leaving. The turn-over has been through the roof! Sales are not what they need to be.

Your Cons are correct. We have seen some of our talent leave for other opportunities and we have had our shares of hires that weren't a fit for our company. We have learned from our mistakes and have instituted processes to better vet the fit through our recruiting process and through transparency and our open-door policy are creating an environment where few will leave us. Good potential, leadership still learning how to, but on the right track

Pros

I was one of the persons who welcomed transition from Celenia to Enavate, as I saw no career development for myself personally under the old business model. And so far, my personal expectations paid off immensely. I got new and exciting roles in great projects, I got my chance to shine, basically, and the future prospects seem good.

Cons

Everything is dependent on the team and the project, as probably, anywhere, hence some of negative reviews; but the management is still struggling to find their sure path, constantly shifting bonus programs, personal development plans, etc. Payout to employees is highly dependent on customer payments which is a risk.

Pros

Very open leadership command. All employees are professionals. Every thought can be shared. All conflicts are resolved in a wise way.

Cons

The company had some fails, but it is natural during evolution, so actually fails are indicators of growth.
