Pros

I have nothing good to say about this company,

Cons

To many to speak of but not a good place to work ever since they were sold to to a European its been all down hill from there. They dont pay their bills on time. Furlough employees when they cant pay them, they dont fix the actual problems with the software and screw over the customer base with false promises. I think they good reviews are being done by the owner,.

I am truly sorry to hear that you did not have a great experience at Enavate. We acquired two companies at the same time, both of them with their challenges. We admit it has not been an easy ride as there was a lot of clean up that needed to be done. Thanks to the effort and hard work from all our amazing team members, we have in fact turned things around and are doing well.

Pros

Working at ENAVATE has been nothing short of exciting and invigorating. Having been a part of the ENAVATE team from the beginning, I have been inspired and reenergized having experienced the optimistic changes that have taken place with the new leadership team. It has been the CEO's optimism and inclusive mindset along with a focus on strong culture and collaboration that has helped create a vibrant place to work with endless opportunities. Clear vision, open communication at all levels, integrity, and passion for the work are added reasons that make ENAVATE a great place to work.

Cons

It is difficult to talk about previous cons because the level at which ENAVATE has been able to overcome them is unprecedented. While we always be faced with challenges, as all companies are, I am confident the ENAVATE team will tackle them head on and come out stronger like they have proven they can do.

Pros

I am still employed here at ENAVATE. Working along side some of the great people that are still here. The team still has some good talent and great ideas. Bringing on new people and showing growth is always a great thing to look forward to. As we continue to grow I can see that ENAVATE will make it. and it is all due to the hard working people that are still keeping us afloat.

Cons

There are many cons that have hit us in the face. I feel that we can and have learned from that. There were promises made but unfortunately not kept. Mostly due to a struggling company that hit some hard walls on its way. Glad to say that this has changed. One other major con is working for this company, is that so many angry people have slandered their name. Does not make it easy for those that are still working there. Talks of a new beginning are sometimes hard to swallow for some, but it makes you want to succeed at turning this company around. Now that the company is making money.

I agree, we made promises that we could not live up to. We had many bumps along the way and also unforeseen challenges. As you said, we have learned from it and are progressing well. A key reason for this is that many of you took the time to give us feedback in our July 2016 Team Member survey. That provided us with a great gauge on how people felt and a checklist of items for us to prioritize and deliver on. Thank you for your trust in Enavate.
