Pros

Most of the current team members have a ton of experience with AX, both technical and functional aspects. Everyone is extremely helpful and ready to help with advice.

Cons

There are problems with communication and sometimes misunderstandings between people.

We are still formalizing some of our procedures and communication is at the top of the list. Having a global team requires clear and transparent communication. We are constantly working on improving it from different angles. Every day we will get better at it. Thank you for the honest feedback!

Pros

Most of the current employees have years of experience with AX and the IP as well as Industry Knowledge. Everyone is extremely helpful and willing to jump in to get the job done. Professional and Fun loving atmosphere.

Cons

Phasing things in a bit more as folks go through the learning curve.
