Pros

None. A once vibrant and exciting place to work down the drain.

Cons

New owners have ruined what was a good place to work. The flagship software package, developed by a core team, has been given to developers in the Ukraine who have no idea how it works, leaving the staff in the states wondering what they do next. Sales are through the floor. Investors have backed out and staff has been decimated and demoralized. Anyone who can get a job is leaving before they are unceremoniously sacked. Typical Arthur Anderson alumni management. See how many bodies can be billed for on a project.

Pros

Very smart people, very passionate leadership and some very exciting IP. It is a tough environment which I appreciate, as we are all striving as a team to make the visions reality and become the leading Dynamics AX partner in the market. Quality in delivery is amazing, and the total sum of knowledge around ERP and AX is second to none.

Cons

Working for an entrepreneurial company can at times be challenging, as there are so much to be achieved and sometimes it feels like there is too little time to make it happen.

Pros

Tough to find a pro for this company. Before the company became Enavate, it was a decent place to work. Management took care of the people and there seemed to be a viable plan.

Cons

Since the change in leadership the company has lost clients and employees. Viability has to be a concern. Talk of training for employees and a Dynamics AX university never materialized. Key talent has either left the company or been released as the company sought cost-cutting measures.
